Schantz, Named Port Huron Hospital’s Employee of the Month

Tanya Schantz, RN, has been named Port Huron Hospital’s Employee of the Month for November. Schantz has been with the hospital since 2005 and is currently attending the University of Michigan to pursue a Bachelor of Nursing degree. This employee recognition is given to individuals who consistently live the values, mission and performance standards of Port Huron Hospital. Honorees are nominated by a co-worker, physician, volunteer and/or customer.  Schantz was recognized by her peers for consistently demonstrating the values of Port Huron Hospital. She has a positive attitude and communicates well with patients, families and co-workers.
