OT Gives Certification to “A Beautiful Me”

Operation Transformation has announced  that A Beautiful Me, under Founder Karen Palka, has completed the Operation Transformation Self-Review Checklist.  After a presentation and further review by the OT Certification Committee, A Beautiful Me was deemed to have completed all steps necessary for the Certification process.   The Committee has formulated a Self-Review Checklist which covers areas such as the organization’s legal structure, foundational statements, directors and board member information, financial and tax information, faith-based status, employees and volunteer information, and document management.  This information is gathered and submitted to the Certification Committee for review and suggestions for improvement.   To review the Faith-Based Self-Review Checklist go to www.optrans.org and click on Certification.  Inquiries may also be made by calling the Operation Transformation office at 810-966-8660.   Committee Members:  Marilyn Meredith, Financial Advisor & Owner of Meredith Tax Service,  Marty Doorn, Owner of WGRT Radio, Tom Manis, Insurance Agent with Bourdeau Insurance Agency, Tom Seppo, Executive Director of Operation Transformation, John Adair, Attorney
