Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers Hit New Record For Tips

January is Crime Stoppers Month and this year the mission of Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers remains unchanged from the past; it is to help the police fight and solve crime with the assistance of the media and the public.  The year 2011 was an outstanding year for the Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers Program, according to records.  Reports say the organization hit a new record for the number of tips received, with many tips leading to solved crimes and people being made accountable for their actions.  Organizers are encouraging the public to keep up the good work and call in information about crimes at 332-TIPS or toll free at 1-800-222-8477  If your information leads to an arrest, you may receive a cash reward.  You do not have to reveal your identity or appear in court.  Crime Stoppers does not use Caller display or Call Trace.
