Collision on High 402 Investigation Continues

THE OBSERVER STAFF – Ontario’s Special Investigation Unit is investigating the deaths of two people in a collision on Highway 402 Thursday morning. The OPP contacted SIU after a series of collisions. At least 25 passenger vehicles, transport trucks and emergency vehicles were involved in the crash east of Forest Road.  An OPP cruiser was responding to the scene when it was involved in the pile up. Two people died in the crash.  Two investigators, two forensic investigators and one collision reconstructionist from the SIU have been dispatched to the scene.
