Arc Of St. Clair County Welcomes New Executive Director

A new St. Clair County Executive Director has been hired for the Arc of St. Clair County.  Jim Fortushniak, who has served over 24 years in that position, is now the Executive Director of Community Enterprises of St. Clair County, that was established in October of last year.  It is a private company that focuses on Career and Vocational Counseling. Replacing Fortushniak, is Stephen Tunney, currently, an attorney with the Miller Law Firm in Rochester, along with a general practice firm in Richmond.  The Arc is a non-profit organization founded in 1955 to serve persons with intellectual impairment and other developmental disability.
