St. Joseph Mercy will host a Healthy Aging seminar designed specifically with seniors in mind. St. Joseph Mercy Speech Pathologist Caillie Stephenson will provide entertaining tips and techniques designed to enhance and maintain brain power for seniors 55 years of age and older. “Maintain Your Brain” is an engaging program and the second in a six-month series of programs developed specifically for area seniors. The Healthy Aging series is one of the many programs St. Joseph Mercy has developed to enhance its provision of services to better reflect the unique requirements of our aging population. “Maintain Your Brain” will be held on Wednesday, February 15, beginning at 2 p.m., in the Baggot Street Café (Cafeteria), St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, located at 2601 Electric Avenue, Port Huron.
