Storyteller Rosie Chapman, also known as Miz Rosie, will bring the story of “The Life and Times of Rosa Parks” to the SC4 audience during the Thursday at Noon Concert Series at the college February 23. She includes audience participation in her performances, which are designed to entertain and educate all ages. Chapman has performed for schools, libraries, community groups and museums around the world. Noon concerts are scheduled throughout the fall and winter semesters at SC4, offering a variety of talent and musical style. The concerts are free.
