A 21-year-old Kimball Township woman was charged yesterday with two misdemeanors after a video of her allegedly force-feeding a child was viewed by many on YouTube. Jacqueline Ann-Marie Caiger has been charged with fourth-degree child abuse and domestic violence. She is expected back in court March 12 for a pretrial hearing in front of Sanilac County 73rd District Court Judge Gregory Ross and currently is free on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond. While Caiger currently lives in St. Clair County, the incident is reported to have occurred in a Bridgehampton home in late December. Authorities say that while they have dealt with a variety of child abuse incidences, this is the first time they have seen an actual video of the alleged act.
