According to Recreation Coordinator Toni George, there is a variety of classes to attend for people of all ages. Beginning with the young ones, the Rec offers art – dance and just fun times, engineering for kids with Legos, cooking classes, and moving up in age, you will find Zumba – Body Fit Bootcamp – ceramics and a host of craft classes. Prices vary and costs for Port Huron residents are extended to residents in Fort Gratiot, Clyde, and Port Huron Townships. There are money management classes as well being offered at no charge. Port Huron Recreation will have a table at the Birchwood Mall at Women’s Expo 2012 tomorrow, March 2nd. Stop by to talk with representatives. Also at 1:00 p.m., Donna David will be giving a Body Fit talk, that explains the class and will demonstrate some of the ways people can modify moves to fit their individual capability. There is no charge to attend.
