A bill is awaiting the Governor’s signature changing the law to allow persons over 21 to ride motorcycles without a helmet. Do you support this bill? The new bill would allow anyone over the age of 21 to opt not to wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle, providing they meet certain conditions. Anyone who opts not to wear a helmet must have been licensed to ride motorcycles for at least two years or completed a safety course. They must also carry a minimum of $20,000 in insurance.
