A narcotic investigation on Friday morning in 1000 Block of Poplar St in the City of Port Huron saw the arrest of a 42 year old Detroit man, and two women, one 31 year old and one 18 year old, both of Port Huron. Seized in the raid was an amount of cash and heroin with the approximate street value of $9,500. The suspects are being charged with possession of heroin with intent to deliver, operating a drug house, habitual offender and child endangerment. The arrested Detroiter is currently on parole due to a Drug Task Force arrest in 2009, and has a long criminal history plagued with guns, drugs and violence. He is being held in the St. Clair County jail for Parole Violation. Arraignment is expected to take place early this week.
