Police Looking For Attempted Bank Robbery Suspect

Investigation continues into an attempted bank robbery that occurred about 12:30 Wednesday at the Chase Bank, on Pine Grove Ave. in Port Huron.  Port Huron Police report that a woman drove up to the commercial drive-through window with  a note indicating a robbery.  As the teller stepped away from the window, the suspect drove away.  According to a news release from the Port Huron Police Department, the suspect was described as a white female wearing sunglasses and a dark hooded sweatshirt. She was last  seen driving northbound on 14th Avenue in a white vehicle.  If you have any information about this crime you are asked to call the CAPTURE hotline at (810) 987-6688.
