Council On Aging Celebrate 44th Anniversary And Awards

The Council on Aging, Inc., serving St. Clair County will be holding their 44th Anniversary and Awards Celebration on Wednesday, May 2nd at 1:30 p.m. at Fore Lakes Golf, 5810 Flinchbaugh Rd., Kimball.  Interested parties can join the festivities for dessert and coffee while the Council on Aging recognizes volunteers, staff and businesses from around the county who have made a significant difference in the lives of the senior citizens of St. Clair County.  There is no charge for those attending.  Senior citizens who need transportation to Fore Lakes can call their area senior center to arrange for a ride (Port Huron – 984-4200; Capac – 395-7748; Cherry Beach – 765-8570; Yale – 387-2162).  For more information they can call (810) 987-8811 or 1-800-297-0099.
