SC4 Alumna Awarded Western Michigan University Scholarship

St. Clair County Community College alumna Nikki Roulo of St. Clair has been awarded the Distinguished Community College Scholars Award from Western Michigan University.  Roulo, who completed an associate in arts at SC4 in May 2011, plans to transfer to Western. She is the daughter of Kim Roulo. The scholarship requirements include a minimum 3.75 grade point average, completion of an associate degree from a Michigan community college before entering Western and membership in Western’s Lee Honors College.  This scholarship is awarded to 20 students selected by the Transfer Scholarship Committee at Western.  The award is $6,500 ($3,250 per year).
