Texas Man Post Bond – Arraignment Expected On May 30

The Port Huron Police Department has arrested a 48 year old Texas man for indecent exposure after responding to a complaint Tuesday in the area of Garfield School. Officers responded around 8:15am on 5/22/12 to the area of 1031 Garfield after a female living in the area reported seeing a male subject exposing himself near her residence.  Officers located the suspect a short time later still in the area and placed him under arrest. It is not believed at this time that any school children viewed the exposure. He was also seen in the area a day prior.  The suspect was lodged in the St. Clair County Intervention Center on a charge of indecent exposure. The complaint is being reviewed by the St. Clair County Prosecutors Office and the subject posted bond and is expected to be May 30.  Anyone will more information regarding this incident can contact Detective Keith Merritt at 810-984-9711.
