St. Clair County Community Mental Health named Mrs. Julie Louks as its most recent Outstanding Employee of the Month. Louks advocates for the individuals who use services at CMH, assuring proper contracts are in place, monitors contracts, and ensures that individuals are getting the services they need. On her personal time, Louks bakes the cookies that are used to celebrate the Employee or Team of the Month. Nomination guidelines recognize an employee for going “Above and Beyond” their normal job scope such as providing service excellence within a team or with the persons we serve. Louks has proven this, as well as her creativity, dignity, respect, and her commitment to our community
