Shooter Turns Himself In – Still On Look-out For Little

The Port Huron Police Department has in custody a 33 year old man from Detroit in connection with the murder that occurred on June 15, 2012 in the 3100 block of Electric, Port Huron. The victim, Jason Mychal Williams age 23 of Port Huron, was shot to death after a brief disagreement with other individuals in the area. Cidney Bowdean Ingram turned himself in earlier yesterday to the Port Huron Police/St. Clair County Major Crimes Unit. He is being held on an Open Murder and Felony Firearm warrant. Arraignment is expected to occur on Tuesday, June 19, 2012.   Police are still looking for John Seaborn Little, black male, age 28 of Detroit as a person of interest in the investigation. Anyone with information regarding this crime or know the whereabouts of Seaborn can call CAPTURE at 810-987-6688. A reward of $1000 is available for information leading to the whereabouts of Seaborn.
