Friends Asking For Donations For Family Of Emily Jo Beery-Rush

Funeral services are being held tomorrow for  6-year-old, Emily Jo Beery-Rush, who drowned last Saturday at Kimball Township Park off Howard Road, just two months after the family lost their home to a fire in Warren.  Friends of the family are asking for donations to aid the family with the loss of their home, as well as funds to help with funeral expenses.  Money can be dropped off at PNC Bank branches for the Emily Jo Beery-Rush memorial, but there is also a Facebook page set up for donations of clothing and household goods.  Over the past two months, since the fire,  the family has been living with relatives in a one-bedroom apartment in Port Huron.   If you are looking to help… they are in need of  little girls sizes 2T and 3T; a boys size between 8 and 10. Women’s extra large shirts and size 14 pants;  man’s large shirt and 32-inch waist pants.  Funeral services for Emily are 4 p.m. Saturday at the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home, 912 Lapeer Ave. in Port Huron, with visitation from noon until time of service.    Find more information at https://www.facebook.com/events/389623211095136/
