No Hoax – SEMCO And Efficiency United Join United Way

Next week, beginning July 16, through the 22^nd, SEMCO Energy and Efficiency United are asking residents of St. Clair County to fill out an online household energy survey.   As a thank you each household that participates will receive a free energy saving kit…including CFL light bulbs, a shower head, an LED nightlight and more) and United Way of St. Clair County will receive $2.50 for each survey filled out.  Lonnie Stevens of United Way of St. Clair County says the surveys will help residents learn ways to manage and conserve energy and help United Way.  All you have to do is visit the United Way website, www.uwstclair.org, click the Efficiency United link (on the right side) and complete the information requested from your utility bill..and complete an 8 question survey.  It’s perfectly safe and legitimate says Stevens…everybody wins.
