A NEW BEGINNING for a GREAT ministry doing LIFE CHANGING work.   The Blue Water Pregnancy Care Center offers compassionate care for women and men experiencing an unintended pregnancy.  A Grand Opening celebration was held last evening at the center at 1211 Griswold St. Port Huron   Executive Director Jennifer Rose says,due to the nature of their ministry, tours will only be given on set days and times.
