Two people were arrested following a narcotics investigation in Port Huron Wednesday, according to a statement from the St. Clair County Sheriff Drug Task Force. Reports say the task force executed a search warrant in the 1100 block of Howard Street about 10 p.m. and found 15 packs of heroin valued at $300 along with a small amount of cash. The statement reported arrests were made on a 32-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man who were believed to be selling heroin to support the woman’s heroin addiction. Charges include possession of heroin with intent to deliver and operating a drug house.
