Two Injured In Armored Car Crash

An armored car lost control on I-94 near Michigan Road yesterday afternoon and rolled over, causing minor injuries.  According to St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnellon, the truck, owned by Garda Cash Logistics was westbound on I-94 when it lost control, left the road and rolled twice shortly before 12:45 p.m.  Both the driver and passenger suffered minor injuries and were transported by Tri-Hospital EMS to Port Huron Hospital for treatment.  Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office were on location until shortly after 3:00 p.m. waiting for the truck to be removed. Port Huron Township, Kimball Township and Marysville Fire and Rescue also assisted at the scene of the crash.
