Some Without Power This Morning

Just under 250 DTE Energy customers are without power in Port Huron Township due to downed power lines on Strawberry Lane.  Reports say members of the Port Huron Fire Department responded  about 7:45 a.m. to  power lines that are down  in the backyards of the residences from the 2700 block to the 3100 block of Strawberry Lane. Firefighters say there is no fire hazard in the area, but they are watching the situation.  It is reported that DTE expect to have the power restored by noon.
