Two teens were transported to a local hospital and another was arrested following a two-vehicle crash that occurred shortly after 1:30 a.m. Monday, according to a news release from the St. Clair County Sheriff Department. Reports say an 18-year-old Columbus Township man was driving a 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe westbound on Dove Road when he went through a blinking red light and struck a 33-year-old Port Huron man in a Pontiac G6, who was headed southbound on 24th Street. The Tahoe rolled over on its roof after the collision. Two 17-year-old Richmond boys, who were passengers in the Tahoe, were taken to St. Joseph Mercy Port Huron hospital. The drivers of the Tahoe and G6 were checked at the scene and the driver of the Tahoe was arrested after determining he had consumed alcohol. Charges are pending upon the results of a blood draw. Two other passengers of the Tahoe fled the scene.
