A 33-year-old Algonac man was bound over to St. Clair County Circuit Court yesterday on charges of armed robbery and tampering with evidence, according to St. Clair County District Court.  Kelly Farrar waived his preliminary exam.  It is reported that police believe Farrar robbed a gas station in the 5400 block of Pointe Tremble Drive about 7 p.m. Aug. 26. The man jumped the counter with a knife and took about $100 from the register.  He was identified as Farrar from photographs from surveillance video footage.
