One Injured In Crash That Closes Electric Avenue For A Time

One person was injured in a two vehicle crash that closed Electric Avenue for some time yesterday.  The accident occurred at  Moak and Electric  when police say  a van with three people in it was southbound on Electric when a westbound SUV on Moak failed to stop.  All four people in the SUV fled the scene on foot before emergency personnel arrived.  The driver of the van, a woman, was being treated on scene for her injuries. Her two passengers were uninjured.  Electric remained closed between 16th and Moak Streets following the crash while clean up and investigation took place
