Sheriff Seeking Info On Hit-And-Run

The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from citizens regarding a hit and run crash that killed a pedestrian.  On October 5^th at about 1:45 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a call about a man lying on Hough Road, west of Berville Road in Berlin Township.  When deputies arrived, they found 48 year old Christopher Demrose of Berlin Township lying in the road.  He had been struck by a vehicle, which then fled the scene.    If anyone has any information on this hit and run crash, please contact the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office at (810) 987-1733
