Drawing Class For Beginners

Local artist Lezly Straub will lead a nature drawing class for beginners on Monday, Oct. 22 at the Pine River Nature Center. Students will learn to draw in a realistic style. Participants should dress to sit or kneel on the ground. They should bring a kneeling pad and bug spray; all other supplies are provided. The class runs from 9:30-11 a.m.  This class is for ages 7 to adult. Space is limited to 12 students. Cost is $8. Registration is required. To register, call the nature center at (810) 364-5477. Mail payment to the Pine River Nature Center, 2585 Castor Road, Goodells, MI 48027. Please make checks payable to SCCRESA. The Pine River Nature Center is adjacent to the Goodells County Park.
