Longtime political news reporter Tim Skubick presented an insider’s look at the upcoming election Monday, Oct. 22, at St. Clair County Community College. About 250 people attended the event, “The Election Year: Really Off the Record with Senior Capitol Correspondent Tim Skubick.” Skubick discussed the presidential contest in Michigan, the ballot proposals and the House and congressional elections. Monday’s event was sponsored by the SC4 Alumni Association. This was a return engagement for Skubick, who was in Port Huron two years ago.
