A change to the Detroit Lions’ practice squad means big changes for Port Huron’s Troy Burrell. The Lion’s made the swap yesterday with the release of offensive guard Pat Boyle to make room for wide receiver Troy Burrell, who was signed Tuesday. Boyle had been released and brought back a few times this year. Burrell is returning to the Lions as member of the practice squad after spending part of the off-season with the team. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Wayne State, and was released from the team in June.
