A preliminary hearing has been set for November 27 for Marcus Anthony Pearson, 29, of Port Huron arraigned on charges of resisting and obstructing arrest, unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon, possession with intent to deliver analogs, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Bail is set at $10,000. St. Clair County Sheriff-Port Huron Police Major Crimes Unit officers allege Pearson and a 30-year-old woman were walking 5:30 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of 12th Street in Port Huron.
