Eight people were arrested Monday night on charges related to drug possession. At approximately 6:45 p.m. last night St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force members and the St. Clair County Special Response Team searched a house in the 2200 block of Griswold Road in Port Huron. Reports say Deputies seized crack cocaine individually packaged for sale with an approximate value of $260. They also found about $50 worth of marijuana, $86 in cash and a 2002 Saturn L300. Along with the adults arrested, a 13-year-old juvenile was found in the home and was relocated to a family member. Charges against the subjects include possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, maintaining a drug house, frequenting a drug house, and habitual offender.
