29-year-old John Little pleaded guilty to charges of tampering with evidence, accessory after the fact to murder and possession of a firearm by a felon according the St. Clair County courts. Little’s habitual fourth offender status was reduced to a habitual third status. His charge of committing a felony with a firearm was dismissed. Jury selection was expected to begin in front of Circuit Judge Cynthia Lane yesterday with 34 year old Cidney Ingram and Little as co-defendants. Ingram is charged with open murder and felony firearm in Williams’s death. The 23-year-old man was found shot to death at about 2:30 a.m. June 15 outside an apartment at 3129 Electric Ave., Port Huron.
