Sheriff Is Asking For Help

The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in solving a larceny from auto/credit card fraud case.  The suspect can be seen in a picture on the in this picture was driving the white truck in this picture when the crime occurred on July 2nd.  The victim had stopped for gas at the Speedy Q Market on Fred Moore Highway in China Township.  After she left the parking lot, she discovered her purse had been stolen from her car.  Investigation into the crime revealed the suspect used the credit and debit cards from the purse at several stores in the St. Clair and Port Huron areas.  The suspect is described as being approximately 6’0” tall and about 180 pounds, balding with short cropped hair.  The vehicle is a GMC Sierra pickup.  If anyone recognizes this suspect, please contact St. Clair County Sheriff Detective Stacy Tunich at (810) 987-1729.
