St. Clair County Community Mental Health is hosting its tenth annual high school art contest.  CMH hosts this contest each year to promote Mental Health Month in May.  The contest is open to all high school students, grades 9-12, who live in St. Clair County.  The entry deadline is Thursday, February 28, 2013.   Submissions will be in the form of original, hand-created art.  This year’s contest theme is Spirituality: A Pathway to Recovery.  The Best in Show winner will receive $250 and their entry will be published in the St. Clair County CMH Mental Health Annual Report.  The first place winner will receive $100, second place $75 and third place $50. The goal of the contest is to share recovery-focused information with the public.  For complete contest details, visit the CMH website, www.scccmh.org.  For additional information, please contact Audrey Beckett at (810) 985-8900.
