Partners At Heart Offers Free Screenings

Partners at Heart is a partnership between Port Huron Hospital and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, providing comprehensive, high-quality cardiac care to the Blue Water Communities.  Partners at Heart and the St. Clair County Health Deparment is offering Free Blood Pressure and Body Mass Index screenings.  These screenings will be provided on Monday, January 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. the Birchwood Mall Food Court, in Fort Gratiot.  Heart Healthy educational materials will be available at no cost as well.  There is no registration required.  If you would like further information you may call toll free at 1-800-326-1811 or log on to partnersatheart.info
