The Master Gardeners of St. Clair County invite you to attend a lecture on Tuesday evening, January 15 from 7 PM to 8 PM. This lecture is free and the public is welcome to attend. It will be held at the Donald Dodge Auditorium in the County Building at 200 Grand River Avenue in Port Huron. Advanced Master Gardener Julia Sobell, who holds degrees in Horticulture and Landscape Design, has owned and operated Yardscape for over 15 years. She has been creating and maintaining beautiful gardens from the tip of the thumb to the Grosse Pointes. Julia has spent time in the gardens of Great Dixter, Rye England and will present examples of the professional tricks of the trade used in the display gardens there that serious gardeners here can incorporate into their own gardening techniques. Come hone your skills and hopefully become infected with Julia’s enthusiasm for gardening! Contact Amy Holzberger at
