New Art Gallery Installing Exhibition

Lambton’s new art gallery, The Judith and Norman Alix Art Gallery, located on Lochiel Street in Sarnia is seeing mounting anticipation as a prestigious art exhibition is currently being installed.  The exhibition, entitled “M.C. Escher: The Mathematician” , opens February 1st.    Art Gallery Curator Lisa Daniels says it features 54 works of art selected from the collection of the National Gallery of Canada. The third level of the gallery is closed as the exhibition is set up. She says the National Gallery is very strict when loaning out its works and has actually sent its technician to Sarnia to assist in the installation.
