Access Customer Service
St. Clair County Community Mental Health announces its most recent Outstanding Team of the Month, Access Customer Service. These employees were recognized for providing excellent customer service during a staff shortage period of time. Operations continued in a timely manner and staff really pulled together to keep services in this crucial department at a high level. They demonstrated what a team is, and does, despite the challenges they have faced. Nomination guidelines recognize a team for demonstrating “Above and Beyond” a normal job scope such as providing service excellence within a team or with the persons we serve.
