The Clay Twp police department is investigating a recent incident of “Assault with Intent to Murder” On 01/20/2013 at approximately 9:00 pm two subjects entered a store at 9299 Stone rd in clay Twp. A single shot was fired at the manager by one of the perpetrators. The two subjects fled on foot when the manager pulled out his weapon to defend himself. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: #1 – a male 5’6-5’8 approximately 140-150 lbs wearing a blue “dickies or carhart” jump suit, black possible tennis shoes, white socks, wearing a white hoodie, full face mask and white gloves. This subject was armed with a black semi-auto handgun. #2 is described as a male 6’0 -6’2 tall approximately 160-170 lbs wearing a blue or a black hooded sweat shirt with the letters PONY across the chest, jeans possibly grey in color, dark boots, white gloves and dark mask.
