St. Joseph Mercy Hosting Healthy Aging Seminar

St. Joseph Mercy is pleased to announce it will host a Healthy Aging seminar designed specifically with seniors in mind. Join Angela Floyd, Physical Therapist Assistant at Mercy FITRAC, as she shares successful ways for seniors 55 years of age and older to improve mobility and range of motion. Angela will also share tips and techniques to help keep muscles and joints supple and less prone to injury. “Stretch & Flex: Improve Your Agility” is an engaging program and the second in a six-month series developed specifically for area seniors.  “Stretch & Flex: Improve Your Agility” will be held on Wednesday, February 20, beginning at 2 p.m., in the Baggot Street Café (Cafeteria), St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, located at 2601 Electric Avenue, Port Huron.
