St. Clair County Community Mental Health announces its most recent Outstanding Team of the Month, Community Integration Services (CIS). These employees were recognized for consistently providing quality services to some of the most vulnerable, high support need individuals in the community. They consider challenging behaviors as opportunities to teach and motivate. They encounter numerous, ongoing safety risks and continue to respond in the most recovery focused manner. Because of their dedication, incident reports requiring physical management have decreased significantly. This deserves recognition of their devotion and commitment to those we serve.
