St. Joseph Mercy will host a Healthy Aging seminar designed specifically with seniors in mind. The public is invited to join the Mercy Sleep Disorders Center’s Brenda Meisler, RPSGT, as she explores entertaining tips and techniques designed to help seniors 55 years of age and older find understanding in their sleep habits and learn new ways of meeting their need for sleep while maintaining a healthful lifestyle. Organizers say “How to Get a Better Night’s Sleep” is the third in a six-month series of programs developed specifically for area seniors. “How to Get a Better Night’s Sleep” will be held on Wednesday, March 20, beginning at 2 p.m., in the Baggot Street Café (Cafeteria), St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, located at 2601 Electric Avenue, Port Huron. These free programs include refreshments and an opportunity to share social time. To make your reservation to attend Healthy Aging: “How to Get a Better Night’s Sleep”, call 1-888-MERCYME.
