Hunter Hospitality House, Inc., offering free lodging for the families of hospitalized patients in Port Huron, is pleased to announce the creation of a second location. The new home will be conveniently located at 2509 Vanderburgh Place, providing a peaceful respite across the street from St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. The second location of Hunter Hospitality House, Inc. will open later this year. HHH will lease the home from St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Donations of funds, items, and volunteer services from the Blue Water area are greatly appreciated. HHH is also seeking groups interested in adopting rooms, which involves decorating and maintaining the space for a commitment of one year.

Hunter Hospitality House, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Jeff and Tracy Willard, in memory of their late son, Hunter Eldon Willard. The mission of Hunter Hospitality House is to provide a welcoming, relaxing home away from home, steps away from hospital, for those in need of restoration while their loved ones are patients in Port Huron.
