For the 13th year, St. Clair County Community Mental Health (CMH) collected donations from area residents in support of its Gift of Knowledge project. The goal of this project is to help educate the public about mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. This year, the Gift of Knowledge project received over $600 in donations. Due to the generous contributions made to the Gift of Knowledge project, St. Clair County Community Mental Health was able to purchase and donate 18 books to the main branch of the St. Clair County Library System. The books, covering a wide range of behavioral health topics, will remain on special display during the month of May – National Mental Health Month.
