A man, who police say shot 23 year old Jason Williams of Port Huron on Friday is being held without bond in the county jail following his arraignment yesterday.  Cidney Ingram is being held on charges of open murder and felony firearm.  Police continue to seek a second suspect in the shooting of Jason Williams.  A warrant has been requested on charges of open murder and felony firearm for 28-year-old John Little.  Police report Williams was shot outside Village Manor Townhomes after a disagreement about 2:30 a.m. Friday. Anyone with information regarding the shooting or who knows the whereabouts of Little is asked to call CAPTURE at (810) 987-6688. A reward of $1,000 is available for information leading to the whereabouts of the wanted individual.
