Arraignment took place yesterday for a 28-year-old Detroit man charged in the June 15 fatal shooting of Jason Williams.  Charges include open murder and felony firearm. According to Port Huron Police, John Little was taken into police custody about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in Detroit after police responded to a tip through the CAPTURE hotline.  Cidney Ingram, 33, of Detroit turned himself into police in the days following the slaying of the 23-year-old Port Huron man outside Village Manor Townhomes.  Ingram has been charged with open murder and using a firearm during a felony. A warrant on the same charges had been issued for Little.  Ingram is due back in court Monday
