The President of the United States has directed that all Federal and State Flags shall be flown at Half-Staff at all Buildings, Grounds, and Military Installations beginning at sunrise on August 10, 2012, and ending at sunset as a Mark of Respect for Victims of the Tragedy at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin.
