The Memphis man involved in a one-car crash on Wales Center Road yesterday died of his injuries. St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnellon reported in a press release that 19-year-old Russell Hill was driving southbound on Wales Center Road at about 5:30 a.m. when he passed another vehicle at a high rate of speed.  Hill reportedly ost control of the car, a 1995 Dodge Stealth, and left the roadway, rolling several times. Hill was ejected from the vehicle and found about 20 yards from the car by members of Memphis Fire and Rescue. He was transported to Port Huron Hospital where he was pronounced dead at approximately 11 a.m.
