St. Clair County Community Mental Health announces its most recent Outstanding Team of the Month, The Contract Management Team. This diverse group of employees was recognized for blending their experience, education and willingness to back each other up to better promote the Agency values. They have excellent communication skills and show real teamwork in solving problems. They also embrace the Recovery Culture, which is reflective in their work.  Nomination guidelines recognize a team for demonstrating “Above and Beyond” a normal job scope such as providing service excellence within a team or with the persons we serve.
